- Original tags and packaging are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The return request is made after 7 days
- Products purchased during clearance or sale, unless damaged or defective
3. How to Request a Return

- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear images or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect

4. Return Pickup
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup where service is available
- In some locations, customers may need to self-ship the product as guided by our team
5. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after successful inspection
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
